An  architecturally inspiring villa on Ibiza’s west coast near the Beach of Cala Tarida, VILLA MARANT features extensive marble terraces, alfresco dining and entertaining areas, manicured lawns & landscaping, massage centre and a majestic 25-metre swimming pool. Showcasing sculpture, modern art and furniture from leading contemporary artists and designers, ancient olive groves and sleek white marble terraces, VILLA MARANT is a truly unique property.

The property features 550m² of luxurious internal space, including five stylish king bedrooms with ensuites ranging from 25 – 50 m², each with their own external terrace and bathroom equipped with Molton Brown toiletries, ceiling rain showers and Egyptian cotton sheets.

The master suite delivers pure luxury with panoramic sea views, freestanding bath, 2m x 2m Emperor bed, Jonathan Adler chaise-longue and bespoke designer mirror wardrobe & island unit.

Each bedroom is fully equipped with individual air conditioning, Sonos systems, and remote-controlled blackout blinds for sleep and relaxation at any time of day. Interiors dazzle in sophisticated minimalism and new furniture and modern art from leading designers and artists across the world including: Tony Kelly, Richard Orlinski, Blek le Rat, Paolo Lenti, Jonathan Adler, Seletti, Tom Dixon and Moooi.

Outdoors, lovely manicured lawns, fragrant orchards, and a spectacular 25-metre swimming pool with dual spa water fountains and two outdoor showers provide endless dining and entertainment opportunities. The pool furniture includes large designer shade umbrellas, nine sun-beds, three in-water sun-beds, a large two-person day-bed and a hammock for guests to relax all day long. On the panoramic roof terrace guests can also enjoy the ocean sunset and large outdoor heated Jacuzzi with alfresco shower.

Away from the main house in the entertaining pavilion area is the long seated table covered by bespoke shade sail for entertaining 20 people.  This area also contains the Outdoor Pavilion Kitchen which is framed by Ibizan dry stone walls, the ancient olive grove, two 3-metre Corten steel water fountains, separate raised chill-out and fire-pit area, and contains full facilities (indoor shower, toilet and duel-basin washroom). The villa also provides three long professional hotel/club bars for events and entertaining: on the Roof Terrace (alongside the roof terrace Jacuzzi), Pool Terrace (with osmosis ice machine and refrigerator) and Outdoor Pavilion Long Bar (with osmosis ice machine, dishwasher and refrigerator).

As seen in the Gallery, the villa offers unique private and secluded areas throughout the villa and grounds to take in the day, sunset or evening. From raised chill-out areas with bespoke sail coverage, to citrus and olive groves, palm tree lined manicured lawns and alabaster white marble terraces; VILLA MARANT has over nine discrete and private areas to relax during your stay.  Two large entertaining and sunset roof terraces allow for panoramic views across the sea and Cala Tarida and incredible sunsets.
